Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to payments made to Vertex Growth Systems ("VGS") for agency services and for memberships in our operated communities.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel a service engagement or community membership by writing to vertexgrowthsystems@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect from the date we confirm receipt in writing. Any work already delivered or costs already incurred up to the cancellation date remains payable.
3. Refunds
Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Where a payment was made in advance for services not yet started, a refund of the unused portion may be issued after deducting costs already incurred. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Membership fees
Community membership fees cover access for the stated membership period and are non-refundable once the membership period has begun, except where access could not be provided by VGS.
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at vertexgrowthsystems@gmail.com — we will review and resolve genuine issues promptly.
