1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Vertex Growth Systems ("VGS") website and our services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
VGS provides performance marketing, lead generation, Meta & Google advertising management, and landing page & conversion system services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed individually with each client in writing before work begins.
3. Our own businesses
Retail Club Men's Wear and Retail Club Women's Wear are B2B communities operated by Vertex Growth Systems and are not third-party marketplaces. Membership terms for these communities are shared separately with prospective members.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Marketing and advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. VGS does not guarantee specific revenue, lead volumes or advertising results unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely approvals and access required to deliver services, and to use our deliverables lawfully.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, branding and materials created by VGS remain our property until paid for in full, after which agreed deliverables are transferred to the client.
7. Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, VGS's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
